I found it very interesting how many young actors are finding more jobs and success while living in Boston, rather than moving to New York and "taking it by storm". After some have been educated in Boston, they feel its much more opportunistic when already knowing people and companies in the area. Who knew that Boston was becoming a huge part of the theatre scene??

I think it is really interesting how much the face of theatre has changed since we were little. When I was applying to college and told people my major everyone was shocked that I didn't want to be in NY or asked if I was going to move there once I graduated. When I told them probably not, people seemed very confused and skeptical of my decisions. I think that it is amazing that our industry can change so rapidly. By the time we graduate who knows where the next big place is going to be.
